It gives me immense pleasure and a different sense of pride when I say that I've graduated from Dr. D.Y. Patil College of Pharmacy, Akurdi. This place has given me so much, be it academically, professionally or personally. The entire journey here has been thrilling and exciting. Everyday had something new to teach. The curriculum is well designed and the professors here are extremely helpful. The cordial relationship with the teachers has helped me get a great exposure. The knowledge that the college has imparted me has truly impacted my life. The labs are well equipped and the campus is very beautiful. It is indeed one of the best campuses in India. Besides the academics, teachers are also willing to help at their personal level whenever possible for them. It's a great platform to explore the various cultural and fests which are amazing. Everybody in the college is very helpful. The lab assistant, non teaching staff everybody is very cooperative and helpful. Lastly, a heartfelt thank you to the college for overall grooming and moulding.

Hearing your name as alumni is an altogether different feeling. Feels like yesterday when I had joined this college. This place has given me a bundle of memories to carry with me. When I look back at time I recollect all the things that this college has given me. I would appreciate the entire faculty, the teaching and non teaching staff and even the helpers for being so cooperative, supportive and helpful. The facilities that are available in the college are one of a kind. The labs are well equipped and the curriculum is perfectly designed in such a way that the students learn things sequentially. The campus is amazing and gives a homely vibe. The fest and the different days like traditional day, black and white day used to be so much fun. But being from a covid graduating batch we missed half of that. Although covid never interrupted in the teaching learning process. Even through Covid there was no compromise academically and the efforts and dedication of the teachers is truly visible in such hard times. Lastly I would like to thank all the teachers and also my beloved batchmates for making this journey so memorable and special for me.

Ms. Pradnya Onkar 2014 Batch

Success is what everybody in this world strives for, a person without dreams is but a mere animal. The driving force to my success has been the adrenaline rush to achieve something and also help others to achieve something similar. My college has been an industry which produces talents. My college has been one of the best tools that shaped my success. It taught me some very life sustaining lessons; I would term them to be quite different from what I learned at school. Six long years provided a remix of life, blissful yet heart-rending at the same time, it was wonderful experience on multiple levels of my graduation and post graduation career. I take this opportunity to salute the teaching and non teaching staff for their valuable support and guidance; I would also like to share the credit with these people for parenting my success. When I walk down those ever precious memory lanes, I smile at the days I wept for petty things and now I shed tears to bring back the days I smiled like an innocent kid.

Lots of poster presentation, paper presentation, conferences, Lonavala trip, Lupin visit all were organised by college. The first international poster presentation in IPC at Manipal. I spent 3 months to prepare my first fast dissolving film (project). I used 80-90 petri plates simultaneously for getting my 1st film/ patch.

Mr. Suyog Pate

I remember vividly and with great fondness my graduation from Dr. D. Y. Patil College of Pharmacy, Akurdi. We were being raised as much as we were being educated. After DYPCOP my career has gown into the field of regulatory affairs. The regulatory affairs department of life sciences companies ensures that their companies comply with all of their regulations and law concerning their business. After this I suggest to start some correspondence course of regulatory affairs, may be in collaboration with some external agencies. It is our time as fellow alumni to make the commitment reminiscent of our founders in guarantying the contribution of our college or future generation.
